In cooperation with Centre for European Policy Studies and European Policy Institutes Network we organise on December 9 an international conference in the framework of the Think Visegrad in Brussels project.
In cooperation with Centre for European Policy Studies and European Policy Institutes Network, we cordially invite you to the international conference in the framework of the Think Visegrad in Brussels project Security in Europe from a Visegrád viewpoint: strengthening fundamentals, but rethinking perspectives?
The conference will take place on Wednesday, 9 December from 9:30 to 13:00 CET at the CEPS Conference room (Place du Congrès 1 - 1000 Brussels).
Confirmed speakers:
Visegrád Four (V4) leaders have often described security issues as those on which substantial progress could make the EU seem more concrete for its citizens. Faced with a variety of challenges, ranging from the spill over effects of instability in the Middle East, which have in part triggered the migration crisis and sparked tensions between Central European capitals and the EU, to the troubling resurgence of Russia and its hybrid warfare, Central Europe now finds itself at a ‘crossroads of crisis’ that demands far greater reassurance for its sceptical populations.
You can register HERE and find the event on Facebook.
The programme of the conference is available through the PDF button on the right.
