The number of asylum seekers is really high, therefore it is not easy to find a certified interpreter, sometimes even less the job is done by someone with unsufficient competency. The problem is same in Denmark. When people appeal to a higher court, the court will provide them with certified interpreter and a lot of the are eventually successful. Germany is the same story, the are flooded with asylum applications.
