Project Summary:

This project aimed to strengthen the centers for public policy and the NGO sector in Russia - to increase their efficiency and ability to affect local public policy, moreover, to contribute to larger democratization of society and information access. The project supported new and emerging centers in Russia, attempting to fill the gap in the network of powerful non-governmental players through research activities and mutual networking.
