EU Constitutionalisation – From the Convention to the Constitutional Treaty 2002-2005

EU Constitutionalisation – From the Convention to the Constitutional Treaty 2002–2005 presents the main results from the project “IGC Net” geared to study a crucial period of EU constitutionalisation: constitutional reforms from the European Convention (2002-2003) to the constitutional treaty (2004). The research on the “Anatomy, Analysis and Assessment of the EU Constitutionalisation” was carried out by a transnational group of political scientists and lawyers in 2004 and 2005 in the framework of the Jean Monnet Programme funded by the European Commission.

Legislation and Control Mechanism of Political Parties’ funding

The publication Legislation and Control Mechanism of Political Parties’ funding has been written in the framework of the project Strengthening democracy in SE Europe through accountable control of political parties finances led by Institute for Public Policies in Bucharest with financial support of Open Society Institute (East – East Partnership Beyond Border Programme). EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy have been represented by Michel Perrotino, an external collaborator.
