(...) Poland's annual defense budget is about 9.3 billion euros in 2017. The effects of the Polish army's modernization process will be reflected approximately in 2021. It is expected that a total of $ 55 billion will be spent in the next 15 years on modernization the armed forces, which means a double defense budget of 2.5% of GDP.

The reorganization may allow Poland to participate in any military operations to maintain peace and stability in Africa or the Middle East for example.
