Both President Petr Pavel and Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský of the Pirate Party want to push for it. Did Ukraine get a real promise from the Czech side or a false hope? So it is certainly a very ambitious prospect, the question of whether it will be realistic will depend on whether the EU Member States will really find common ground and whether they will all be able to support this decision.
