ČT24: After the V4 presidential summit

The main quest of the summit was to express unity of the V4 countries. However the big question is, whether the opinions of V4 countries' presidents are the decisive ones considering that V4 countries does not have a presidential system. Second question is whether there is an actual unity among the presidents as the opinions for example on the stance towards Russia are quite different.
