Europe must say what it is able to offer the United States in order to have a seat at the negotiating table. The EU does not yet have a unified position, and it is essential to formulate it now. The fact that the United States has excluded Europe from these negotiations is striking, given how important this issue is to Europe and how much it has cost it. The failure to invite the Czech Republic to the summit, although it is one of the key pillars of support for Ukraine, does not send a happy signal to our region.
