EUROPEUM organizes its 16th European Summer School - this time focused on the future developments of the EU. Early-bird discounts are prepared for those who apply before January 31.

We are proud to announce that we are among the organizers of the project ''Charting a new path for a reinforced and improved V4-France cooperation'', supported by the International Visegrad Fund.

We are proud to be partners of CIVPOL, a project that aims to indetify the role and actions of the V4 countries regarding the management of the migration crisis within the region, and to give recommendations for future assistance in connection with border management, humanitarian/ethnic-religious issues and legal undertakings.

The 15th annual European Summer School took place in July 2017 in Prague and we were happy to welcome 20 students from over 10 different countries. This year’s academic program was focused on the multiple challenges EU is facing at the moment.

Last week, the tenth year of our project EuropaSecura was marked by a nationwide final round of the competition, taking place in a military base in Brdy. The competing students got to experience what the representatives of the European Union are facing during a crisis situation, as well as learned how diplomatic negotiations take place within the EU and NATO.

We are proud to present our pilot project aimed at establishing a platform for continued high-level discussion on the complex issue of climate change: Prague Climate Talks. The project will host a series of debates with experts, professionals from varying relevant fields and the general public.

EUROPEUM is one of eight receiving institutions taking part in the Think Visegrad Fellowship program.

We organized another Civil Servant Mobility Program study trip from February 13 to February 18, 2017. The project, realized within the Think Visegrad platform, was focused on sharing experience in the field of educational management in the Czech Republic with a selected civil servants from Ukraine. The group consisted of three directors of schools from three Ukrainian regions.

EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy organized another Civil Servant Mobility Program study trip from October 23 to 29, 2016. The project, realized within the Think Visegrad platform, was focused on sharing experience in the field of educational management in the Czech Republic with a selected civil servants from Ukraine. The group consisted of four directors of schools in various Ukrainian regions and two local officials who deal with the topic of education.

Ukrainian independent journalists, analysts and civil rights activists contributed to a series of recommendations on EU support to the Crimean peninsula, based on an advocacy visit to Brussels on 26-29 September 2016
