Joint Solutions for Common Challenges in Central Europe: Cross-Border Cooperation in the Refugee Crisis

Our Research Fellows Christian Kvorning Lassen and Kateřina Davidová participated on the project called "Joint Solutions for Common Challenges in Central Europe: Cross-Border Cooperation in the Refugee Crisis" organised by Die Österreichische Gesellschaft für Europapolitik (ÖGfE).

As part of the project, five research centres from five Central European countries (Czech republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary and Slovenia) organised five workshops. The output document introduces the issues of cross-border cooperation in the Central European region in the context of refugee crisis and suggests seven key recommendations.

On the project participated: EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy (Czech republic), The Central European Policy Institute (Slovakia), Österreichische Gesellschaft für Europapolitik (Austria), Central European University (Hungary) and International Relations Research Centre, University of Ljubljana (Slovenia).
