The governments of Poland and Hungary are ideological and value-based, while in the Czech Republic, for example, populism is more pragmatic.

The ANO movement of Andrej Babiš, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, is representative of th kind of populism in the country. It does not have a political agenda, and Babis warns of strong positions on migration. Nevertheless, ANO raises its simple goals with through constituencies with pleasant solutions, such as raising pensions, during the election period.
