Nikola Prokopová has been working at the EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy as a
Finance and Back Office Administrator since July 2025. In this role, she is responsible for
financial administration and supports the day-to-day operations of the office. She first joined
EUROPEUM in September 2024 as an intern in the organisation team, where she assisted with
the preparation and organization of public events and conferences. She then transitioned into
the role of Financial Administrator while continuing to contribute to the coordination of
institutional activities.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from the University of
Economics in Prague. During her studies, she focused on the functioning of the European
Union and development studies, with a particular interest in the gender dimension of
development cooperation.
