Climate Forum: What is the future of the labor market in the Moravian-Silesian Region? And how can we prepare for it?

The EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy invites you to a debate on the impact of modernization and the transition to a sustainable economy on employment and skills in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
30. October 2025

How will climate policy and economic modernization affect the labour market in our region?
Which professions will disappear, which will emerge – and how can we prepare for these changes?

The aim of the forum is to openly discuss the impacts of the transformation on employment in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The debate will focus on the barriers and opportunities brought by modernization, digitalization, and the transition to a sustainable economy – especially from the perspective of people, their skills, and opportunities for further education.
Representatives of trade unions, businesses, and civil society will join the discussion to explore ways to support effective adaptation and structural changes in the labour market.
