Head of our Brussels office Žiga Factor commented on the future of the EU enlargement process for the Bled Strategic Times. In his article, he focuses on the current member states and their attitudes towards the enlargement.

There is a clear divergence between member states that support or oppose the enlargement and the is a valid reasoning on both sides. However, the Western Balkans are part of Europe, surrounded by EU member states, and belong to the EU not only geographically but also culturally and economically.
