"The Ukrainian and Russian forces, on the other hand, went through this experience last winter, so it can be assumed that they will be better prepared for this and will adapt their strategies to the new conditions. But the Ukrainians continue to strengthen their defences and even respond with their own attacks on Russian infrastructure."
