Horizont ČT24 | Elon Musk intervenes in European politics
European politicians are wary of the actions of American billionaire Elon Musk. Most recently, he has hit out at the top of the British political scene, including Prime Minister Starmer. Deputy director of EUROPEUM Institute Viktor Daněk commented on his actions for Horizont ČT24.

He is the owner of the social network X, which is now, with slight exaggeration, winning elections. Election campaigns are now largely conducted on social media and X plays a significant role there. Elon Musk has not been entirely transparent with how the algorithms of this social network work, and so I think that there is a need to be a little wary, given the litigation that the EU executive is conducting about compliance with European legislation that also applies to social media X.
