Strengthening defence capabilities and supporting Ukraine are essential for stability, while investment in green technologies and modernising legislation has the potential to make Europe's economy more resilient and stronger.

The Polish Presidency has been very active and clearly focused on security and defence. During its Presidency, it managed to approve the EUR 150 billion SAFE investment package and the ReArm Europe initiative, opening the way for the EU to strengthen European defence capabilities and self-sufficiency.
