MEPs in Strasbourg will vote on a loan of up to 900 billion crowns to Ukraine. This should be covered by the proceeds from frozen Russian assets. The European Parliament wants to increase money for EU projects such as Horizon or Erasmus+. These are various educational projects, or projects for science and research. At the same time, it is expected that the European Parliament will want to allocate more money to resources related to youth, health, or, for example, to facing humanitarian and climate crises.
