Can the strategic plans presented by the European Commission today make a significant contribution to the competitiveness of European industry? Filip Křenek, EUROPEUM Institute analyst commented for Radižurnál.

High energy prices are the first and most important issue that European industry is facing. Europe has long had energy prices nearly two to three times higher than those in the USA, which affects the prices of final products. The measures introduced under the Net-Zero Industry Act primarily focus on reducing energy costs but also on ensuring lower volatility.
