The current shift in the international landscape and the role of the United Kingdom and the EU in it was commented on for Slovak television by EUROPEUM Institute analyst Imogen Wymer.

If you look at the current geopolitical situation, it is radically different from what it was in 2016 - the time of the Brexit referendum. There are ongoing threats from Russia, uncertainty in the form of the US or fears of a trade war. In this context, the Union and Britain can be seen as natural and historic partners.
