First and foremost it is the issue of high energy prices, which features prominently in the leaked document. The measures are aimed at significantly reducing energy prices. Related measures to promote the development of clean electricity sources are also included. This is not just about renewable energy sources but also about reforming the pricing of electricity because this is a big problem for the EU.
