Vladimir Putin has repeatedly shown that his word does not count and he is breaking his own agreements. Ukraine has already concluded a ceasefire with Russia once, the Minsk agreements and Russia has broken them. It must be clear, then, that any future ceasefire terms will indeed have to hold.
