Czech Radio Plus: EU countries agree to stop arms exports to Turkey

In an interview with Czech Radio Plus, our Louis Cox-Brusseau talked about how the EU states agreed to stop arms exports to Turkey.

Je chvályhodné jaký počet evropských zemí se přihlásil k myšlence zastavit prodej zbraní Turecku. Na druhou stranu, ale stojí za povšimnutí, že se nenašla společná pozice ke zbrojnímu embargu. Evropská reakce byla zatím pouze slovní, sáhla sice k poměrně silným prohlášením, která vyvolala hodně zloby v Ankaře, jejich dopad byl však omezený. Pokud by Evropská unie chtěla aby ten dopad byl citelný a dlouhodobý musela by zvážit přikročení k ekonomickým sankcím.​
